We heard this week that our documents are still being translated in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. We hope that they will be complete soon and then registered in the region. This will begin our official wait. We have been told not to expect a referral before 6 months. I am hoping we can finish everything before the end of 2012 because at this point, there is no tax credit for adoption in 2013. :(
We also were scheduled for our fingerprinting in Naperville at the USCIS (immigration ) office on March 1. We will head up with Lindsay. She has to be fingerprinted because she is an adult living in our house. We have yet to receive her appointment notice. Please pray that it comes in time to make the March 1 appointment!
